Each inspector has yearly continuing educational hours to complete in order to keep and maintain the credentials they now have. In addition, we are always striving to be the first to introduce new procedures or equipment or information in an attempt to continually build the industry in quality and excellence. Each inspector goes over in detail the report at the end of the inspection to help you better understand their findings. Inspectors strive to provide you with courteous, professional, and thorough information and service at each inspection.
To better serve our clients, KGI uses a computer-generated report that mirrors the well-regarded printed report it had used for years. Our reports are in full compliance with the newest Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) . The detailed computer report, provides a quick-read summary, checklists of the hundreds of items examined by the KGI inspector, detailed explanations of observed issues and suggested actions the client should take on the inspector's observations - noted as possible remedies. In addition, to a very informed and detailed inspection report, and where needed for documentation, the inspector will also include digital photos to help identify issues.
