Robert K. Kraus, Sr., the co-founder of KGI, possesses over 40 years extensive experience in all phases of commercial, multi-family and residential construction. Among Robert’s certifications: Florida Class “A” General Contractor license, Florida State Licensed Home Inspector, American Society of Home Inspector (ASHI) and Florida Association of Building Inspector (FABI). He has also held the office of President for the Southwest Florida chapter of ASHI several times since its inception.

Andrew R. Kraus, the co-founder of KGI, has over 18 years experience in performing quality inspections in this area. He is a Florida State Licensed Home Inspector and a Florida certified Wind Mitigation Inspector. Andrew is both a member and holds certifications with ASHI and FABI. He too has held offices in the Southwest chapter of ASHI.

Ryan H. Kraus has over 12 years of experience in the inspection field. He also is a Florida State Licensed Home Inspector and holds certifications as a member with ASHI and FABI. Ryan was instrumental in the implementation of our current mobile reporting technology. He has also been an officer of the Southwest chapter of ASHI.

Kurt Kraus is our newest member. He brings over 10 years of experience in construction services and helps in coordination and management of the construction projects. He is a Florida State Licensed Home Inspector and a member with FABI.

Jillian M. Kraus is the very pleasant voice that you will first hear when calling into KGI. She is our scheduling and booking agent as well as our customer service expert. Jillian and Ryan were married in 2008 and she has been with the group since 2009.

Sandra D. Kraus is the General Manager of KGI. She has over 45 years of experience in construction office management and if familiar with all phases of construction and inspection services. If you have any concerns or questions with any phase of our operation, Sandra is the one to ask.
