4-POINT INSPECTION
KGI can perform the 4-Point Insurance Inspection, a requirement by insurance companies to obtain home-insurance for dwellings twenty-five years or older.
A 4-Point Insurance Inspection is far less in scope than a standard home inspection, but focuses on four major areas/components:
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning)
- Electrical wiring and panels
- Plumbing connections and fixtures (Water Heater to Spigots)
- Roof
The inspection helps determine the approximate age of components, and overall general condition of the above-listed items.
