Our reports are in full compliance with the newest Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). The detailed computer report provides a quick-read summary, checklists of the items examined by the KGI inspector, detailed explanations of observed issues and suggested actions the client should take on the inspector's observations - noted as possible remedies. In addition, to a very informed and detailed inspection report, the inspector will also include digital photos to help identify issues.
