All inspectors are required to take numerous hours of continuing education to meet the requirements of the State of Florida, ASHI and FABI, insuring that our inspectors are knowledgeable and prepared for any new issue related to the inspection and construction field.

As a third-generation construction family, each of us has learned by taking a ‘hands on’ approach. It is this work ethic and strive for excellence that has given KGI a good name in the construction and inspection industry.

We care about the integrity and quality of our industry and that is why KGI has been proactively involved in several committees and organizations like ASHI, FABI, Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR), and Manatee Association of Realtors (MAR).
